Well situated near BGC Circle, meaning its really accessible since you can walk from Estrella if you choose to. Building security can be strict but they are very fair. Facilities are good for the floors, not perfect but good enough and clean. Parking is located near and around the area and is a block of two away from very good restaurants.
Building is well maintained. Nice facade. Good ambiance. Elevators are usually crowded. Sometimes a couple of elevators are out and it takes forever to get to yor floor.
Very well maintained building. Named after the ACCRALAW Office that is housing in this building. This is where my father works for almost 20+ years.
One of the oldest building I would say because during my first visit in BGC, there were very few high-rise building with many grass fields and meadows still present. This building has been standing there since then.
Now, BGC is being loaded with diff. buildings.
Clean and tidy lobby. Elevator tends to be packed during Lunch. I suggest for the stairs to be opened.

Nothing much on this building since it was used for offices. There is a coffee shop at group floor and 7/11 store at side of it. Aside from that it was a normal building in BGC.
